We are seeking an experienced plastics fabricator, the ideal candidate should have experience in all or at least a few of the below.
We’ve recently purchased a brand new large format CNC machine ( we now have 10 ) and we require someone with some CNC cutting and plastic fabrication experience.
The role involves some programming and running of the machine, along with all aspects of plastic fabrication such as bending, flame and diamond polishing, gluing, bonding.
This would ideally suit someone from the sign industry background but other industries also such as metal fabrication, POS displays / exhibition, shopfitting etc.
The role includes:
- Setting and running Large Format CNC machine ( Artcam, Vectric, Carveco )
- Plastic (acrylic & polycarbonate) fabrication skills; gluing – bonding – flame polishing
- Visual Inspection of parts before and after processing
- Some plastic forming and bending knowledge/experience
- Experience in this area would really help, but further training will be given
Along with attention to detail a good eyesight is an essential for this role.
In return you will be offered excellent rates of pay for long term stable employment with the below working hours:-
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
